Yuli Gurriel arrived in the MLB late in life. It was at the age of 32 that the veteran arrived.
In 2016, the Astros missed the playoffs. But subsequently, he participated in the playoffs with the Astros from 2017 to 2022.
He also made the playoffs in 2023 in Miami, that said.
From 2017 to 2022, he participated in the American Championship Series six times. He also danced in the World Series four times, winning two rings (2017 and 2022) in the process.

After years in Toronto, where he never won a single playoff game, here he is in great shape in October with the Diamondbacks.
Gurriel Jr. will be a free agent in a few weeks. He will try to become one with a championship ring on his finger less than a year later there transaction.
