The Texans held the No. 1 draft pick for most of the season, but the Bears snatched the honor from them in the very last game of the regular season.
Houston had the misfortune to win its last game, while Chicago continued to lose.
The Texans will console themselves with an additional pick in the Top 15, the one obtained in the trade that sent Deshaun Watson to Cleveland. Many of the first choices will also change hands, since the Seahawks will choose from the fifth position thanks to the choice of the Broncos, obtained during the transfer of Russell Wilson. The Eagles also slip into the Top 10 thanks to New Orleans.
