Mike Trout would like to be back to the world classic

Recently, we learned that it was Aaron Judge, not Mike Trout, who will be the captain of the Americans on the sidelines of the next world baseball classic in 2026.

Judge is a good choice, let it be said. But Trout still deserved his title.

Never mind, Trout is not insulted. He gave his OK for the judge to be the captain and he is not going to cry on that. Even if he is angry at the bottom of him, he will never say it.

Trout, who has an excellent start to the season, is currently healthy and he is still hungry for competitive baseball. He therefore does not hide it: he wants to play alongside Judge in 2026 under the colors of the United States.

I am not surprised that he wants to participate. After all, Trout loved his experience in 2023, he who went to the final against the Japanese and who had faced his friend Shohei Ohtani in ninth.

And as his chances of winning with the angels are quite thin, we can think that yes, he does want to go back to play big competitive baseball with his American friends.

You can hardly blame it for that.

If Trout is healthy in a year, seeing it at such an event is completely logical. Not seeing him be invited would be a lack of respect because in health, he is still dominant on a ball field. And he's… Mike Trout.
