
Huge news from Jeff Passan: the players and the MLB would have agreed on the terms of an agreement for the file of the international draft.
Basically, the two parties will have until July 25 to agree on the subject of an international draft as early as 2024. If there is no agreement, the qualifying offer remains in place for free agents. . If there is agreement, it is the end of the qualifying offer.
