Finally, summer is coming and Puma is getting up to date by preparing new colors including this bright white version to dress up the MB.03 Low.
This new colorway of the third signature shoe LaMelo Ball combines an upper in different shades of white with an equally white sole. We note some gray finishes, on the tongue where the inscriptions “Rare” and “NO.1” appear or on the “MELO” present on the heel.
This new color could appear for the start of summer by next week in Europe. Its price should be around 120 euros.
Our verdict on the MB.03
The MB.03 presents here the result of the learning carried out by Puma on the two previous models. The MB.01 and 02 models were already very good, and won over the general public with their “flashy” colors. But this third version is undoubtedly the best.
The sole is closer to that of the MB.01 and offers exceptional sensations with better comfort. The upper is all about support at all levels. And the design remains original with a specific theme as for the two previous editions, while the colors still promise to hit the headlines.
You really have to rack your brains to find faults (ventilation?). In any case, all the ingredients seem to be present for the MB.03 to be a hit on the courts this season. While waiting for the rest, the MB.03 is for the moment on the way to succeeding with dignity the PG 6, reference of the 2021-2022 season, and the LeBron 20 of last season, as a BasketUSA favorite on this start of the 2023-2024 financial year.
