Stats & Highlights | The Jazz slow down the Pelicans, the Wizards continue to sink

There were many absentees from Salt Lake City. The Jazz had to do without Lauri Markkanen and Jordan Clarkson when the Pelicans rested Zion Williamson. Utah was nevertheless able to count on the return of Walker Kessler.

The match was close and Collin Sexton made the difference with ten points in the last quarter, for an important victory for the Jazz after four losses in a row, especially following Will Hardy’s anger over recent defeats. End of series, after three successes in a row, for Willie Green’s men.

The series of defeats continues for Washington, however. Bilal Coulibaly (7 points) and his teammates could not do anything against the Hawks, who continue to score a lot of points. Trae Young and his gang pulled away at the end of the first period and the second period was easy. Ninth defeat in a row for the capital’s players, worst record in the league with Detroit.
