The Blazers started the season perfectly, with five wins in six games, and yet, Gary Payton II has not yet started with his new team.
The back, champion with the Warriors in June, had surgery this summer for a problem with the muscles of the abdominal strap. This caused his absence for the first matches.
And it will continue for a few more days at least announces our colleague Chris Haynes. The son of Gary Payton will indeed start his season only, at best, on November 15 against the Spurs. If so, then he will have missed 13 matches.
