Break for Donovan Clingan, relapse for Matisse Thybulle

Not varnished at the level of the wounds, the Blazers have gave news of their various players stuck in the infirmary. Thus, we already learn that the rookie Donovan Clingan had to stop for at least two weeks, because of his left knee and his medial collateral ligament sprain (level 2).

A setback for the 7th choice of the last Draft (5.8 points, 6.7 rebounds, 2.2 blocks), who had recently regained the position of starting pivot at Portland in the absence of Deandre Ayton (for 7.7 points, 10.2 rebounds and 3.2 blocks on average over six games).

But that's not all, since the Blazers also announced that Matisse Thybulle had relapsed. Absent since the start of the season due to right knee surgery, he now suffers from a sprained right ankle (grade 2) and will not return for three to six weeks.

Finally, Robert Williams III for his part entered the league's concussion protocol, after a head shock received during play against the Grizzlies on Monday. In the best case scenario, his absence will be counted in days.
