The fantasy leagues are getting tough with this week 7. With some of the best scorers in bye week, you’ll have to be smart, have a nose, and a little luck to limit the damage. An opportunity to reap (or revive) for those who will benefit from his absences against them.
The absents
With the two best teams at the moment, and the defending champion, on rest, many playmakers will be missing this week, foremost among them 2022 scoring leader Josh Allen and 2021 offensive player Cooper Kupp. Ditto for Justin Jefferson or Stefon Diggs. Many base men to replace.

Running back
The safe bet: Breece Hall. He’s the fit man. Excellent on the ground, he can also capture balls to the delight of fantasy managers who had bet on him. Faced with the solid defense of the Broncos, the game is not won in advance, but if Zach Wilson is heckled, he will rest even more on his backfield.
The bet: Travis Etienne. Little by little, the Jags’ player is gaining momentum. It remains on two games over 100 yards combined. He just needs a touchdown.
Avoid: Jeff Wilson. Inevitably the arrival of McCaffrey in the bay does not only make people happy. The 49ers runners and especially their fantasy managers. With less importance in the 49ers game, their performance should suffer, starting with Jeff Wilson, leader of the California backfield until this week.
Receivers
The safe bet: Amari Cooper. The Ravens take a lot of points and are 4th in the number of points to concede to receivers. What make you want to align Cooper. Targeted more than 10 times in 4 of the last 5 games, the receiver is clearly the basic man in the aerial game.

Tight-end
The safe bet: Robert Tonyan. In the current offensive slump of the Packers, it was one of the rare satisfactions. Against the Commanders he should still capture many balls and play an important role in the red zone.
The bet: Dalton Schultz. With the return of Dak Prescott, the tight end could regain its production and its contribution, especially in the zone of truth. A risky bet to take when you know that Dallas faces the worst defense in the league this weekend.
Avoid: Cole Kmet. Still out of production in 2022, the second year is struggling to confirm in an air attack at the bottom of the hole. Faced with the Patriots, it is better to avoid tempting the devil by aligning it and risking punishment.
