Loser return for Janelle Salaün with the Valkyries

While Carla Leite is still injured on the back, Golden State found her other French player tonight, Janelle Salaünto challenge Minnesota, the best team in the league, on their parquet floor. Barely a presentation of the Eurobasket, the tricolor wing entered during the game for a service of only 9 minutes.

The Valkyries have however managed to shake the lynx by spending a 10-0 in the third quarter to briefly take the lead (54-56), in particular thanks to two-point of Tiffany Hayes (23 points). But as often Minnesota quickly rectified the shot, responding with a 15-4 to complete the period and tackle the last act at +9 (69-60), with Courtney Williams, Kayla McBride and Diamond Miller to support Napheesa Collier (22 points at 8/11 in shooting, 6 rebounds).

3-point, Bridget Carleton and Kayla McBride fired the curtain in the process (78-63) to ensure the Lynx a quiet end of the match and a new victory, the 10th of the season at home in ten games played (excluding the final of the Commissioner's Cup).

Golden State will try to raise his head during the rest of his road trip, in Atlanta tomorrow then Indiana and finally Las Vegas, hoping to find her two French women at their best level. Minnesota is continuing this evening with the reception of Chicago.
