Carlik Jones named G-League MVP

We have only seen him in sequence in the NBA over the past two seasons between Dallas, Denver and Chicago for nine small regular season games. However, at the lower level, carlik jones is a small phenomenon.

The former Louisville resident has just been elected G-League MVP of the Season following a vote involving the division’s 30 head coaches and GMs. In 24 games, the point guard dominated his subject by compiling 26.1 points (top scorer in the championship), 4.4 rebounds, 7 assists and 1.7 steals on average per game.

Carlik Jones edged Kings center Neemias Queta and Nets guard David Duke Jr, two two-way contract players. For his part, Carlik Jones materialized his rise this season by signing a “two-way contract” in December, then a standard NBA contract in March to end the season with the Bulls. However, his next two years of contract are not yet guaranteed.
