All-Star Game 2022 | LeBron James reclaims top spot in the West from Stephen Curry | NBA

Like every Thursday, the NBA offers its state of the votes for the All-Star Game 2022, which will take place on February 20, in Ohio.

As it stands, these are LeBron James (Lakers) and Kevin During (Nets) who dominate their respective conferences, the fans of the “King” having pushed hard this week to allow him to take the advantage on Stephen Curry, and even to create a good gap.

If the votes remain there, Nicholas jokic (nuggets), Ja morant (Grizzlies) and andrew Wiggins (Warriors) are still the best suited to accompany the Curry/James duo in the West, while DeMar FromRozan (Bulls), Joel Embiid (Sixer) and Trae Young (Hawks) would be the best placed to support the Durant / Antetokounmpo duo in the East.

Ja Morant has also made the gap on Luka Doncic (Mavericks) while James Harden (Nets) slips to 4th place in the “guards” in the East, now also overtaken by Zach LaVine (Bulls).

As a reminder, the votes close on January 22, and two places in the starting five therefore still seem to be in play in the West, while there seems to be only one left in the East.

Like every year, fans can submit their ballot daily, via NBA app and NBA.com, in addition to voting daily for up to 10 players, on Twitter. Note that it is possible to vote for anyone and that the next inventory of fixtures of this ballot will take place in seven days.

Then, after Jan. 22, NBA players and media will join fans in nominating their own All-Stars. Fans will represent 50% of the vote, while current players and the media panel will weigh 25% each. The replacements will, for their part, be selected by the 30 coaches of the league.
