The Yankees are bleached for a 3rd match in a row

The least we can say is that it does not go well with New York Yankees in the days that run.

Indeed, yesterday (Tuesday), the bombers were bleached for a third consecutive match, this time losing by the brand of 4-0 against the Angels of Los Angeles. The Yankees only succeeded in four strokes during the evening, the attack waiting for the long ball that did not come.

This follows a 2-0 defeat against the Boston Red Sox on Sunday and a 1-0 setback against the Angels on Monday.

It is only the seventh time in the history of the franchise that the Yankees are bleached during three consecutive meetings, and their sequence is now 29 rounds in cross marble.

This extremely rare fact also occurred in 1908 against the Washington Senators, in 1929 against the Browns of Saint-Louis, in 1960 against the athletics of Kansas City and the Orioles of Baltimore, in 1968 against the Angels of California and the White Sox of Chicago, in 1975 against the Red Sox and the Tigers of Detroit and in 2016 against Blue Jays de Toronto.

New York won the world series in 1960, the only one of these six years they participated in the playoffs.

When we look at this offensive alignment, it is inconceivable that this offensive is extinguished at this point. This is what makes believe that the wind may change aside shortly, but it will have to materialize quickly since the Rays of Tampa Bay and the Blue Jays blow in the neck of New Yorkers.

The Yankees must hope that 2025 ends in the same way as 1960. And it begins with another match against the angels in our campaigns this evening (Wednesday).
