During the training camp, we will obviously follow with interest the performances of the Quebec players at the different camps.
For example, if Abraham Toro hits a long ball, we will talk about it. Whoever tries to break through the Majors lineup at the Brewers’ camp helps himself with every hit.
But we must also note the performance of Édouard Julien.
The one who will try to make his debut in the Majors this year has gone to great lengths to try to convince the Twins to make him Carlos Correa’s double-playing partner.
Today, Édouard Julien hit two home runs.
For a guy who’s been up to bat three times, it’s been a really good day at work. After all, when you produce four points, you can show up with a sense of accomplishment.
In three preseason games, the Quebecer posted an average of .429. The sample is very small, but that’s better than a small average of .185, for example.
