Softball: Vladimir Guerrero Jr. has lost none of his power this fall

Last year, Vladimir Guerrero Jr. did not post the same numbers as in 2021, but still: Vladdy still demonstrated to the baseball world that he is capable of showing enormous power to his hours.

When he puts the barrel of his stick on the ball, few guys can do as much damage as him.

But just because the season is over doesn’t mean he’s going to stop homerunning. As Hector Gomez reports, the Blue Jays first baseman is having fun at home.

Live from the Dominican Republic, the Golden Glove winner showcased his power in a softball game by unscrewing a ball to hit a long ball.

As we can see, the Toronto player had fun demonstrating his power. And according to Hector Gomez, it’s not his only home run hit this winter.

Clearly, this isn’t his first rodeo because he’s a baseball guy who loves playing his sport. This allows him to keep in shape and the temperature in the Dominican Republic is lenient for this purpose to help him.

If he continues to practice in this way, he will be clearly ready, in 2023, to help his people destroy the Yankees, an organization that he does not carry in his heart.

But until then, his GM will have to add a few pieces to the board in order to take the club to the next level on the pitch.

  • Zack Greinke: A return to the Royals is likely.
  • Currently, Bill Firkus is leading the Astros as the club searches for a GM.
