MLB The Show: Derek Jeter on the cover of the game’s collectors’ edition

A few days ago, we learned that Jazz Chisholm Jr. was going to be the cover boy from the popular MLB game The Show. It was a rumor that had been circulating for a while.

Like I said before, I like the choice, but I don’t know if it’s selling enough. After all, even though the guy has personality, he’s playing in Miami and he’s not the face of his team.

But clearly, at The Show, people know what they’re doing as a collectors edition has also been announced… and it’s his former boss who will be on the cover.

Derek Jeter will indeed be on the cover of the collectors box.

This was announced last night at Tonight Show by Jimmy Fallon. The latter, a big Yankees fan, must have been excited to make the announcement, he who loves Jeter.

The main interested party is also very happy to have been chosen.

Having such a legend will definitely have a positive effect on the sale of copies of the game. After all, I know a lot of people who will try to get Jeter’s version to get the captain’s version.

This should have the same effect as when Ken Griffey Jr. was put on the game’s cover in 2017.

In my eyes, this is a very good idea. After all, right now, the future meets the past. With Chisholm Jr. and Jeter, each person can have the version that looks the most like them.

In my opinion, in New York, the normal version of the game will not be the most popular…

  • Dylan Moore is in Seattle to stay.
  • Are the Orioles having trouble with their lease?
  • Derek Jeter talked a lot last night.
  • Quite a player, this Will Smith.
  • Stage of the A’s: the file is not simple.
