Michael Brantley agrees with the Astros

Outfielder Michael Brantley will return with the Houston Astros.

The club and the player have agreed on the terms of a one-year contract valued at $12 million. He could raise the bill to $16 million depending on his performance.

Brantley is a very professional left-handed hitter who is loved there. I’m sure his teammates are happy to see him back.

Obviously, in his case, the goal will be to stay healthy. To do this, he should, with Yordan Alvarez, share the positions of left fielder and hitter of choice.

After 10 years in Cleveland, Brantley has spent the past four seasons with the Houston Astros. Last year, he missed the end of the season as the Astros were crowned World Series champions for the second time since 2017.

Will he be able to win a ring by being in the field?
