It is impossible to hate Freddie Freeman.
The first goal player of the Los Angeles Dodgers and his wife gave a million dollars to the children's hospital in their corner (Orange County), as announced by Jeff Passan.
It should be remembered that the Freeman family has seen one of its members need the children's hospital recently. Max Freeman, who was three years old in 2024, was the victim of Guillain-Barré syndrome.
We are talking about an autoimmune disease here that has almost cost the son of Freddie Freeman.
Because the hospital staff was great with his family and his son's life was saved, Freeman decided, with his spouse, to restore the next.
He therefore wants to help more young people pass through tests like that of his son in 2024.
Once again, Freeman poses a gesture that he does not have to ask. This demonstrates why he is so appreciated … Even by people who do not necessarily like dodgers.
We understand where his generosity comes from on that one, but still: it's well done.
Recall that last year, he hurt his ankle … which did not prevent him from being crazy in series. And this season, as he recalls his operation, he still plays like a MVP.
It's really a whole player. And a whole man.
- Blue Jays' victory 2-1 in Texas. No withdrawal on jacob degrom and big outing of Kevin Gausman.
Jacob deGrom has made 229 starts over the course of his 12-year MLB career.
Today's outing, against the Blue Jays, marked the first time that he failed to record a strikeout.
