As you may know, when Vladimir Guerrero was taking his first steps into the Expos system, he was accompanied by his mother.
She accompanied him on his North American journey to ease his transition decades ago and she loved it.
Interestingly, she started over with her grandson, Vladimir Guerrero Jr. -mother quite often, she who is in Toronto with him
But she doesn’t just do it for her grandson. As reported by journalist Benoît Rioux (Journal de Montréal)it benefits everyone.
She cooks for the Blue Jays players. When we arrive at the stadium, there are often dishes cooked by her.

Otto Lopez, who is not the best cook, loves seeing this and enjoying Vladdy’s grandmother’s delicacies. It was after eating one of his meals that he hit his first major league hit last October.
