For the past few weeks, A's have been playing the Canadian Denzel Clarke. We are talking here of a center voltiseur whose main force is to play defensively as a master.
To put things in perspective, Clarke played his first match in the major on May 23 and already, he deserved twice the player's title with the highest game of the week.
Denzel had a week, eh?

And clearly, the young man of A's has risen to be the first person since the prize has existed (2019) to win it three times in a row.
We say that because even if his first games were fabulous and that the week is still young, we have misery to believe that a player will make a game higher than … that: that:

The Angels stadium is perfect for this kind of flight in broad daylight-that we will probably see again in the games of the year next winter-and Clarke took advantage of it in a 7-4 of his own.
On social networks, the spectacular Canadian game made people talk. After all, he went to get this ball far enough to deprive his opponent from a circuit more than assured.
Clarke has been there for less than three weeks, he has a horrible Ops+ of 52 (twice as good as the Bâton League average, therefore), an average of .216 … but a WAR of 0.4, according to Baseball Reference. It therefore says a lot about its defensive importance.
If he can gain confidence a bit offensively, it could help him go to the next level. Because defensively, he found his place.
- Speaking of A's: their stadium is coming. Construction should start this month.
- Victory of the Blue Jays, who escaped the advance to recover it in Saint-Louis.
- Anthony Santander will test his shoulder shortly.
- Roman Anthony: Point produced in a defeat in his first match at the top, but he also made a mistake.
