There was no movement on the CBT, which is a top or the top issue. MLB upped the pre-arb bonus pool to $20 million from $15 million (while PA is at $115 million).

The MLBPA is expected to counter tomorrow to MLB’s offer today, which included small moves on pre-arb bonus pool (from $15M to $20M) and draft lottery (from three picks to four). They’ll be back negotiating at 1 pm tomorrow. Plenty of time remains for a deal before Feb. 28.
